材料：
蘋果 1個
螺嘴 1-2隻
淮山 8錢
蓮子 適量
南杏 適量
無花果 3粒
西施骨 一斤

做法：
1. 螺咀前一晚先用清水放雪櫃浸過夜
2. 西施骨出水備用
3. 蘋果去蕊去皮切件備用
4. 其他材料洗浄
5. 所有材料放入水鍋中，大火煲滚後轉慢火煲2.5小時，加適量盬調味即可
